Duties and responsibilities: Otolaryngologists, sometimes referred to an ENT doctors, deal with ailments of the ears, nose and throat. According to the American Academy of Otolaryngology, theirs in the oldest medical specialty in the United States; the special board for otolaryngology was formed in 1924. Otolaryngologists can be generalists or they can specialize in seven different sub-specialties. They treat patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, in private practice, medical clinics and hospital settings.

Salary: $339,312.

Education: Otolaryngologists are doctors of medicine. Therefore, like all physicians, otolaryngologists must obtain a medical degree (D.O. or M.D.) after college. In the United States, the education track for otolaryngologists includes:

·         Undergraduate degree (4 years of college or university)

·         Medical degree - (4 years of medical school)

·         Residency training - (3 years of otolaryngology residency, plus 1 year of general surgery training, plus one additional year of training for a total of 5 years of residency training)

·         Optional fellowship training in sub-specialty of choice such as head and neck, plastic/reconstruction, etc. - 2 years.

I totally agree with this quote if you want to make stuff happen you have to go out there and make it happen. A wise man once told me there are three kinds of people in this world "the people who make it happen the people who watch it happen and the people are like what the heck just happen. if you want to be successful you have to get to know people be motivated work hard make a plan set goals to achieve your biggest goal. You cant make a living selling oranges you can but people don't always want oranges and your not going to get retirement off of that so you have to care about what you and always set a goal. If you work hard now then you get to have fun later sometimes you have to sacrifice your childhood to be the best.

I agree with this quote because when you set obedience as a goal you have a choice, your not obligated to do it but you set it as a goal which will motivate to overcome difficult obstacles in your life. Also James E. Faust was an American religious leader, lawyer, and politician so of course he is going to agree with obedience but these kinds of people help "try" to make the world a better place and more peaceful for them. Like when we are in our class we have goal to do type like this everyday and we cant socialize with other people because we a "disrupting" the class, so we have to be obedient we always have to type about someone religious that have said something "inspiring" but i'm going off topic so obedience is a good thing and and something that will make people act right the word obedience means compliance with an order, request, or law or submission to another's authority it comes from the Latin word oboe-dire.The people who have power over you expect you to obey them and if you don't you will be prosecuted that's how the world worked back then and that how it works today.

What I think of this quote is and what is has to do with obedience I cant argue with David he goes to church he has a doctorate in behavior, but I think obedience is another way of controlling people I think the rich take advantage of the poor and keep them in poverty they abuse their power. overall obedience is necessary when one does wrong therefore that's when it needs to take place to make someone act right. Im not trying to be negative but that's my perspective on this quote no one is going to be happy if they keep obeying unless your a robot.

Those who can speak a foreign language are highly sought after due to the international expo sure in the job.
