To do good

To do good
"The best recreation is to do good"
William Penn
William Penn 24 October 1644  (O.S. 14 October 1644)– 30 July 1718 was an English real estate entrepreneur, philosopher, early Quaker and founder of the Province of Pennsylvania, the English North American colony and the future Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He was an early advocate of democracy and religious freedom, notable for his good relations and successful treaties with the Lenape Native Americans. Under his direction, the city of Philadelphia was planned and developed
What I think of this quote: I think this is a good quote from William I do believe the best recreation is to do good because when you do good you have peace with yourself other than doing bad to worry about what's going to happen to you. When you do good it feels good and that's the best recreation.

Quote from William Penn

Always
Right is right, even if everyone is against it;
and wrong is wrong, even is everyone is for it;
-William Penn
I think this is a good quote but if something is right it's right for example if you have to wear uniform to school everyday and if you don't you get detention I don't think that's the same as helping a blind man across the street what makes it not right are the rules if there are rules then its not that right because humans created them, but helping an old man across the street there's no rules in that its like our mind tells us to spiritually to do the right thing and you know its the right thing to do no one tells you to.
Also wrong is wrong for example your walking down the street and you see a man drop his wallet and then you think if you should give it to him or not that's when you have a choice to do the right or wrong thing. then you make the choice to steal the wallet and you regret it because you made the wrong decision to take it.
