Education is key and go hand on hand with mind and spirit, education is power and you can use that to do something positive in life if people were well educated this country would be less retarded than it already is. People are blind they cannot see past a fake identity. Be healthy educated mind fit body best go at there peek exercise, eat healthy, meditate, read. Educated people tend to have less friends because they are more selective on who there friends should be. Going to church can also be a key.
